SHIPPING POLICY

Lead Time

Malaysia & Singapore : 8-10 weeks 

Others: Please consult with our customer service.

Shipping from: China

Our team will contact you to set a delivery date and provide an estimated time of arrival. If you require a longer hold period, please inform us. During holidays or shopping seasons, the order volume may increase, resulting in an additional 1-4 weeks of lead time.

Delivery Flat Rates

West Malaysia (WM): RM100

East Malaysia (EM): RM300

Singapore (SG): RM1000

Others: Rates will be quoted depending on locations. Please contact us for assistance,

*Please note that the flat rates are applicable for ground floor delivery only. If carrying upstairs or installation is required, please request a quote.* 

*Quotations for International Shipping Rates are just estimations. We'll charge again if there's any extra fees, otherwise shipments will not be released until it's settled by customers.*

Delivery Partners 

Delivery within West Malaysia & Singapore: Our in-house lorry driver and crew will handle the delivery.

Delivery in Sabah/Sarawak: LCD Logistics will handle the delivery.

Others: Depending on location. Talk to us for more info.

Storage Fee

For Malaysia and Singapore, daily storage fee of RM50 will be charged for each item placed on hold and stored in our warehouse. The storage fee will be calculated based on the number of days the item remains in storage, starting from the date of the hold request until the item is shipped or alternative arrangements are made.

As for other countries, we will charge depending on the location.

International Shipping

For customers outside of Malaysia and Singapore, please note that we do not take responsibilities for any missing or damage items during shipment. If you have a trusted logistic company that you wish to use, please let us know and we will provide our China address and necessary information to help with your shipment.

We have the following policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges:

Acceptable Returns or Exchanges

  • Wrong item received

  • Manufacturing defects

*Please note that some of our furniture may develop signs of wear and tear over time, including distress marks, scratches, or antiquing. These characteristics are intentional and part of the design, giving the furniture a unique and rustic appearance. Such natural occurrences will not be considered as manufacturing defects and are not covered under our warranty or return policy.

We encourage customers to embrace the natural aging process of the furniture and consider it as part of its charm and character.

To proceed with a return or exchange, please

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt)

  • Ensure the item is in good condition and returned in its original selling condition and original accessories.

  • Ensure the product has not been used or installed.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Customised items

  • Discounted items, clearance stock, and items sold during sales are typically considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds

  • Products received for more than 7 days

  • Change of mind regarding model, size, colour, price or expectation

  • Products without manufacturing defects

  • Used and installed items

*If the return meets all the requirements, we will process the refund. If the return does not meet the requirements, we will evaluate the item and arrange for it to be returned to you at your expense. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund that is deemed unreasonable.

Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed and payment has been made, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order. Therefore, we kindly request our customers to carefully review their selected products and quantities before proceeding to the checkout process.

  1. No changes or alterations are allowed once the order is confirmed.

  2. Please inspect the product upon arrival and contact us if you discover any manufacturing defects.

Payments

Payments are non-refundable. This payment policy outlines the terms and conditions for accepting payments for orders. We only accept full payments through website or bank transfers. No deposits are allowed.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you wish to put your purchase on hold before delivery, you will not be entitled to any promotions held in-store after you have made full payment.

Thank you for choosing us for your furnishing needs. We strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfactory delivery experience. Please read our delivery policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders within the specified delivery timeframe, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. If you need us to hold onto your items for a period of time, please let us know beforehand. Otherwise, storage fee may be applied. Additionally, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other delivery delays may impact the delivery timeframe.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust our delivery charges without prior notice.

Delivery Process

Our delivery team will contact you at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date to confirm the delivery time and address. If you are unable to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will reschedule the delivery at the earliest convenience.

Delivery Acceptance

Please inspect the furniture upon delivery and ensure that it is in good condition upon delivery/installation. If you notice any damages, defects, or missing parts, please report it to our delivery team immediately. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any reports afterwards.

Delivery Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations, including to areas with limited access, unsafe or unsanitary conditions, or areas with high risk of theft or damage.

 

WHITE GLOVE SERVICE

We offer white glove services for all orders unless it's not needed. Our white glove service includes sending the furniture to your doorstep, dismantling the crate, assembly, and removal of trash.

INSTALLATION POLICY

  1. Installation services are exclusively provided to customers located in West Malaysia and Singapore.

  2. We regret to inform customers in East Malaysia and other countries that installation services are not available in this region.

  3. Customers in East Malaysia and other countries are responsible for installing the furniture themselves, following our provided guidance, or seeking professional assistance at their own discretion.

  4. Customers in East Malaysia and other countries bear full responsibility for any installation-related damages or issues that may arise.

  5. We are not liable for any damages or issues that may occur as a result of self-installation or installation carried out by a third party.

warranty

SOFA

We take pride in the quality of our products and offer a 3 years warranty for sofas.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the sofa and is non-transferable.

Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the sofa frame, springs, and cushions. If the sofa is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected parts.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Accidents, stains, or spills

  • Damage caused by pets

  • Alterations or modifications to the sofa

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Seating furniture made of rattan, bamboo, or other natural fibres


In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected parts. If we are unable to repair or replace the affected parts, we will refund the original purchase price of the sofa.

To make a claim under this warranty, please contact us at razzoclub@gmail.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for sofas and replaces all other warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

CUSTOMISATIONS

We do not offer any warranty for customised products as designs and materials are chosen by customers.

It is not our responsibility to guarantee that the design / materials are right for your household.

Thus, please think twice before purchasing.

We reserve all rights to accept / refuse any returns / refunds.
